Syed Sadique Kausar is an experienced software developer and entrepreneur with a passion for innovation and a diverse skill set. He has a strong background in ITIL® v4, anti-money laundering implementation, and Servicenow, and is a certified System Administrator (CSA) and Scrum Master (CSM). With nearly four years of relevant experience, Syed has a proven track record of success in implementing major modules, including Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), Service Portal, Knowledge Management, and 9 scenario integrations with SuccessFactors. He currently works as an Associate II at PwC, where he serves as a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Application Developer. Outside of work, Syed is a passionate photographer and fashion designer, having been part of over 50 fashion shows and successfully getting his work published in Vogue India. He is also an influencer and team manager, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in teams. Syed's curiosity and thirst for knowledge are evident in his desire to research everything and his willingness to accept challenges and goals assigned by organizations. He has a strong handle on interpersonal relationships and is able to work efficiently under high pressure to solve problems and achieve company goals. Syed's foundation in innovation was laid at an early age when he built a humanoid robot and won the top prize in a Science Expo hosted by the Indian Institute of Technology. Since then, he has completed seven projects in one year, bringing a huge financial benefit to the organization and successfully implementing automation in many processes.
